We act on behalf of prospective buyers. We are not the developer of the SouthCal community, we are not any builder in it, and this is not the community’s official website.

What we collect

• What you give us: first and last name, email address, phone number, the home type you are interested in, your buying timeline, whether you are a realtor or broker, whether you are already working with one, and whether you are mortgage pre-approved.
• What arrives with your visit: the page you registered from and advertising identifiers such as Google click IDs (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content). These tell us which ad brought you here.
• Analytics and advertising cookies: only if you accept them in the banner. Decline and no analytics or advertising cookies are set.

Why we collect it

To send you the SouthCal Phase 2 information you asked for — floor plans, pricing, lot availability and release dates — to follow up about this community and comparable ones, and to measure which advertising is working. We do not sell your information.

Your consent

Submitting the form is your express consent under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation to be contacted by phone, email or text about this community and similar opportunities. • Follow Up Boss — our client relationship management system, which stores your contact record.
• Google (Analytics and Ads) — measurement and advertising, only if you accept cookies.
• Cloudflare and Netlify — infrastructure that hosts this page and passes your form submission to our CRM.

Some of these providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to courts and authorities of that country.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to help you, and afterwards as required by Ontario real estate record-keeping obligations. Ask us to delete your record and we will, except where we are legally required to retain it.
